Provides administrative support to Plant Operations leadership, including invoice processing, accounts payable, work order and resident service coordination, contractor scheduling, purchasing, bookkeeping, records maintenance, reporting, and preventive maintenance support. Serves as a resident help desk and department point of contact, manages keys and access requests, tracks maintenance contracts and assets, and coordinates landscape requests while maintaining hospitality and service standards.

Leads nursing services for a skilled nursing facility and residential senior living community. Responsibilities include coordinating resident care, staffing, scheduling, training, evaluations, restorative care, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, quality assurance, budgets, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Director of Nursing promotes resident-centered care, employee engagement, clinical excellence, and compliance with federal and state requirements.

Supervises nursing care and personnel during assigned shifts in a long-term care setting. Provides medication administration, treatments, documentation support, admissions, discharges, and emergency response. The role requires following diet orders, understanding measurements, communicating effectively, assisting elderly residents empathetically, and meeting physical demands including prolonged standing, lifting, and pushing carts.

Manages daily dining room operations, serving staff, scheduling, training, cleanliness, food presentation, service quality, and customer experience in a senior living community. Oversees staffing, workstation organization, table service, order taking, dish clearing, and adherence to sanitation and operational standards.
