Own customer-facing AI product engagements for financial institutions, from discovery and scoping through implementation, rollout, adoption, and measurable business impact. Translate customer needs into requirements, workflow designs, prototypes, and delivery plans; partner with engineers on integrations, data access, permissions, and AI behavior; validate quality; manage stakeholders and scope; and identify reusable capabilities across deployments. The role requires regular onsite customer work and travel.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of an AI product area serving investors and bankers. Conduct customer research, define workflows and requirements, prototype solutions, evaluate AI outputs, and partner with engineering, design, research, sales, and customer teams. Drive launches, adoption, product quality, and measurable business impact while balancing usability, accuracy, reliability, security, latency, cost, and commercial opportunity.

Lead Hebbia’s business operations as a team of one, overseeing board preparation, company planning, pricing and consumption economics, GTM analytics, and resource allocation. Build financial and customer-unit-economic analyses, guide pricing and deal decisions, coordinate planning and QBRs, and turn executive recommendations into operating changes. Partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing while influencing strategic investments, margins, headcount, and commercial policies.

Own Hebbia’s AWS infrastructure and developer platform end to end. Design multi-account architecture, networking, IAM, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code. Build CI/CD pipelines, preview environments, automation, observability, and cost controls. Strengthen security, compliance, secrets management, and audit readiness while preparing infrastructure for enterprise scale and multi-region deployments. Partner with product engineers to create reliable, secure, and efficient development and production systems.

As a Backend Engineer, you will develop scalable systems, optimize performance, mentor junior engineers, and lead critical projects at Hebbia's Agent Collaboration platform.

The role involves working closely with strategic customers to develop personalized solutions using the Hebbia platform, including coding, integration, and workflow automation. Engineers will also enhance platform capabilities based on customer feedback.
