Lead and grow the ICT discipline across sectors: recruit and staff teams, set ICT standards and QA/QC/BIM practices, mentor staff, oversee project technical quality (serve as DPOR when appropriate), manage administration (timesheets, licensure, budgets), and represent HED externally to advance discipline excellence and firmwide consistency.

Lead the Life Sciences design practice, set strategic vision and standards, drive business development, oversee design delivery for GMP-compliant biotech facilities, mentor and recruit technical teams, and manage sector financial and operational performance.

Lead multidisciplinary A/E teams on DSA-permitted K–12 projects through all phases. Manage project risk, schedule, budgets, contracts, client relationships, staffing, and quality reviews. Support proposals, marketing, post-construction evaluations, and adherence to HED project process. Serve as senior, client-visible project manager ensuring technical and financial project success.

Design and document electrical systems from concept through construction. Perform lighting and power calculations, short circuit studies, NEC compliance, Revit modeling, QA/QC, coordination with disciplines and consultants, RFI/submittal responses, field verification, and mentor junior staff while tracking project hours and supporting client interactions.

Lead technical delivery of large PreK-12 architectural projects from concept through construction. Manage production of coordinated construction documents, code compliance, discipline coordination, material and systems research, construction administration, and mentor project teams. Serve as Architect of Record and sign/seal documents prepared under your supervision.

Lead and perform medium-to-large CFD analyses (interior and exterior), develop CFD standards/workflows, create mechanical system layouts in Revit, oversee drawing production and QAQC, mentor staff, manage project mechanical scope, and produce technical documentation and client presentations.
