Lead end-to-end video production for Hedra: plan and own the YouTube content calendar, script, shoot, and edit long-form tutorials and product narratives, manage freelance editors and motion designers, produce short-form cuts for social and paid media, run channel operations (thumbnails, metadata, SEO), and coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing to align content to launches and conversion goals.

Lead Hedra's brand, positioning, and messaging for developers, prosumers, and enterprise. Execute launch emails, own the blog and CMS, run multi-channel launch orchestration, competitive intelligence, and define messaging guardrails while building and eventually managing content, social, and DevRel functions.

As a Research Engineer, you'll design and implement training pipelines for action-conditioned world models, collaborate with industrial partners, and publish impactful research in generative AI applications.
