The Electrical Test and Product Engineer will develop test programs, support production, troubleshoot issues, and analyze yield data for semiconductor products. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure product reliability and quality.

Hands-on Process & Quality Engineer to improve die attach, wire bonding, and microelectronic assembly processes. Develop and document process parameters, tooling, work instructions, and training. Support production troubleshooting and corrective actions. Maintain and support the quality management system (ISO 9001, AS9100), participate in audits, lead root-cause investigations, and assist with risk assessments, supplier quality, calibration, and configuration/change control.

Support environmental and laboratory testing of sensor systems: create qualification test procedures/reports to MIL-STD/RTCA standards, perform test setups, develop/maintain automated test software (LabVIEW/Python), integrate lab equipment, coordinate with program managers, customers, and cross-functional teams, and occasionally travel to external test labs.

The RF Engineer will design and test antennas, troubleshoot production issues, and work with various engineering teams while utilizing simulation tools.

The Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer will design PCBs from concept to completion, including layout for analog, digital, and RF boards, and generate fabrication and assembly drawings.

Lead and mentor a 10–15 person engineering team to develop, qualify, and certify aerospace antenna systems. Provide technical oversight of antenna design, manufacturability, and performance; ensure compliance with FAA/DO-160/RTCA/MIL-STD; drive engineering process improvements; manage resources, budgets, and timelines; collaborate with program management, business development, operations, and customers; support proposals and technical presentations.
