Build and deploy data-intensive software for enterprise homebuilders, including searchable plan libraries, analytics dashboards, natural-language search, ETL pipelines, classification models, and geometric similarity tools. Work directly with customers to profile messy plan data, validate solutions, meet delivery and quality targets, and turn engagement-specific scripts into reusable tooling. Collaborate with product, technical, QA, and client teams, present progress to executives, and travel to client sites or company events up to 30% of the time.

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Studio, Higharc’s browser-based 2D and 3D design environment. Lead authoring workflows, user discovery, engineering partnerships, quality standards, product metrics, and integrations with estimating, purchasing, and sales. The role requires experience shipping complex interactive software, technical fluency, strong cross-functional communication, and familiarity with design tools, CAD, BIM, or browser-based 3D technologies.

Embed with homebuilder teams to convert unstructured plan libraries into structured, queryable data. Define and deliver searchable plan libraries, analytics dashboards, and agent-enabled search. Tune AI translation, work hands-on with data and internal APIs, set acceptance criteria and ROI metrics, and capture repeatable playbooks while traveling to client sites as needed.

Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise homebuilder products (Estimate and Showroom). Manage and mentor product managers, define roadmaps, drive metrics across buyer and builder journeys, partner with stakeholders, and launch features that improve conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency.

Conduct foundational research in spatial AI for residential construction, focusing on LLMs, computer vision, and 3D geometry for innovative solutions.
