Provide day-to-day Workday HCM administration and support across employee data, organizational changes, compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, and talent processes. Troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, assist with configuration and testing, support HR activities and reporting, create documentation and training materials, and guide employees, managers, and HR partners on Workday processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR workflows and the employee experience while protecting confidential information.

Marketing and Sales Interns support marketing and sales enablement initiatives, including social media and digital marketing projects. They collaborate with experienced team members, learn about insurance agency operations, build professional networks, and contribute to organizational marketing efforts while developing foundational business skills.

Supports the Corporate Marketing team with day-to-day marketing and growth initiatives, including social media and digital marketing projects. The intern will collaborate across the organization, develop an understanding of insurance industry operations, strengthen organizational and communication skills, and network with company leaders. The role includes an opportunity to travel to the corporate office in Richmond, Virginia and may lead to full-time employment after graduation.
