Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through launch, improve quote-to-bind conversion and distribution growth, and bridge business, engineering, insurance, agents, and partners. Manage API-heavy platform initiatives, define requirements and success metrics, and communicate priorities and outcomes to executive stakeholders.

Own product marketing for Hippo+, a new bundled home protection offering. Define positioning, personas, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, approved messaging, state-by-state launch readiness, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment across product, legal, insurance, sales, agencies, and partners. Build scalable product marketing frameworks, evaluation criteria, templates, and stage gates for future launches while directing external and agile resources.

Support quarterly and monthly P&C insurance reserving across multiple programs, with a strong focus on casualty. Analyze claims, premium, exposure, financial, and reinsurance data; evaluate reserve adequacy; investigate trends and anomalies; maintain financial reporting workbooks; support GAAP and STAT reporting, SOX controls, audits, risk calculations, and reserve committee materials. Build reconciliations, standardize data, improve governance and automation, and communicate actuarial recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Support pricing strategy for third-party property and casualty insurance programs. Build pricing-monitoring frameworks, governance protocols, and data model requirements; evaluate program performance, underwriting decisions, treaty structures, reinsurance, CAT exposure, capital, and risk. Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Reinsurance, and external partners while communicating actuarial insights to executives and helping develop team members.

Lead cross-functional delivery, translate business needs into technical requirements, manage partner and API integrations, and improve quote-to-bind conversion and distribution-driven GWP growth. Drive AI-native capabilities across quoting workflows, data enrichment, and partner experiences while aligning executive, engineering, insurance, and distribution stakeholders.

Lead homeowners insurance loss-cost modeling, including frequency, severity, demand, retention, conversion, and aggregation models. Design and deploy predictive models using Python, SQL, and Airflow-based workflows, ensuring testing, validation, reproducibility, and maintainability. Partner with product, underwriting, and engineering teams to translate actuarial insights into pricing and portfolio decisions while developing reusable analytical tooling and supporting team standards.

Analyzes reinsurance contracts, portfolio exposures, and reinsurer financial strength to support risk strategy and placement decisions. Coordinates with finance, underwriting, claims, corporate risk, CAT modeling, brokers, and program teams. Reviews ceded contracts, develops executive reports and market presentations, supports exposure modeling, coordinates document and term implementation, and ensures mandatory state data submissions. Requires 3–6 years of insurance or reinsurance experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
