Leads enterprise risk management, compliance frameworks, internal controls, fiscal and grant compliance, contract and insurance oversight, data privacy governance, audits, regulatory liaison activities, and compliance training. The role supports major public childcare initiatives, manages corrective actions, oversees privacy and security reviews, and ensures adherence to federal, state, local, and donor requirements.

Lead the launch, administration, scaling, and continuous improvement of a $50 million operating grants program supporting more than 900 child care provider sites. Oversee provider engagement, eligibility, grant calculations, contracting, payments, compliance, appeals, reporting, technology systems, financial controls, and stakeholder partnerships. Build and manage the program team while ensuring equitable, accessible service delivery and adherence to public funding requirements.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and specialized nonprofit roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate and hiring manager communication, agency partner management, and recruiting analytics. This temporary role requires building talent pipelines, adapting quickly to specialized positions, and working onsite in Pleasanton two to three days per week.

Administer and improve SaaS program platforms, business rules, workflows, permissions, reports, and dashboards. Gather requirements, lead user acceptance testing, support data quality and integrations, troubleshoot application issues, coordinate with vendors, and maintain security, compliance, audit, and system documentation. The role also supports recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership, funders, and public-sector partners.

Manage full lifecycle of grants and contracts including proposal and budget development, compliance monitoring, reporting, funder communication, recordkeeping, audit support, internal coordination, and training to ensure accurate, timely use of funds and adherence to funder requirements.
