Provides senior technical leadership for complex tunnel and underground structure projects across transit, rail, highways, airports, and water/wastewater sectors. Conducts independent technical reviews, resolves engineering issues, ensures consistent design standards, advises project leadership and clients, coordinates across disciplines, supports proposals, and mentors staff. Represents the firm as a technical expert through industry presentations, publications, and advisory committees.

Manages end-to-end program management consulting services for toll programs valued below $1 billion. Leads strategic planning, operations improvements, risk management, procurement, contracts, project controls, quality, construction, and operations initiatives. Oversees staffing, project managers, client teams, and subcontractors while resolving significant financial and operational issues. Builds client and industry relationships, coordinates with senior public officials, and advances program performance, accountability, customer experience, and sustainability.

Leads complex scheduling for transportation and heavy civil infrastructure programs. Develops, maintains, and analyzes master schedules; evaluates critical activities, risks, delays, sequencing, and recovery strategies. Coordinates with project controls, engineering, construction, contractors, and management teams. Performs quantitative risk analysis, earned value analysis, claims and schedule reviews, reporting, quality control, and schedule forecasting. Provides subject matter expertise, supports proposals and procurement documents, mentors schedulers, and advises project teams on construction phasing and project controls.

Supports mechanical engineering design and project delivery through calculations, technical reports, plans, specifications, estimates, field investigations, and design reviews. Performs HVAC load analysis and duct design, plumbing and fire life safety system design, hydraulic analyses, and control system documentation. Coordinates design details and drawings, supports quality assurance and project administration, and uses Revit, AutoCAD, and related engineering tools.

Manages multidisciplinary rail and engineering projects through the full lifecycle, including scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, technical delivery, client communications, risk, and change management. Leads project teams, coordinates internal and external partners, oversees design-related work, supports business development and proposals, negotiates contracts, and mentors staff. Ensures projects meet quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction objectives.

Leads mechanical engineering design for commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects from concept through construction close-out. Performs HVAC load and duct design, equipment selection, plumbing and fire protection design, hydraulic analysis, controls documentation, code compliance, design reviews, and quality assurance. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, provides technical direction and mentoring, prepares reports and presentations, and supports proposals and marketing.

Leads risk management and project controls for major transit infrastructure programs. Develops risk processes, facilitates workshops, maintains risk registers, performs qualitative and quantitative analyses including Monte Carlo simulations, and recommends contingency and mitigation strategies. Provides expertise across estimating, scheduling, cost control, change management, claims support, dashboards, and project management control systems. Advises clients and project teams, supports negotiations, and mentors project controls staff.

Manages design-build drainage engineering projects by overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, technical deliverables, and client satisfaction. Leads hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, drainage design, specifications, proposals, staffing, cross-discipline coordination, risk identification, permitting, and design reviews. Serves as a primary client liaison, mentors project teams, supports business development, and coordinates with contracting partners on transportation infrastructure projects.
