Design
Leads mechanical engineering design for commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects from concept through construction close-out. Performs HVAC load and duct design, equipment selection, plumbing and fire protection design, hydraulic analysis, controls documentation, code compliance, design reviews, and quality assurance. Oversees multiple projects, staffing, priorities, schedules, technical and operational performance, client relationships, business development, recruiting, employee development, compensation reviews, and succession planning. Requires extensive tolling agency and industry experience, strong leadership, and at least 12 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibility.
