Lead and coach an outside Pro sales team to grow managed accounts and profitability. Manage portfolios, build pipelines, convert leads, run business reviews, develop market strategies, and deliver excellent customer service while using Salesforce and cross-functional partnerships.

Support Outside Sales growth by providing consultative quoting, order entry, issue resolution, and post-sale follow-up. Manage accounts end-to-end, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional partners, and ensure customer needs are met to drive repeat business and project execution.

Manage and coach Measure Technicians across field service areas to ensure quality, capacity, and sales conversion growth. Conduct field observations, partner with store leaders, hire/train/develop technicians, address customer issues, and use metrics/reporting to drive results.
