Sell HONK's roadside assistance platform to large enterprise customers. Build account strategies, generate pipeline, navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, develop commercial proposals and negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Account Management to commercialize customers and ensure successful onboarding.

Serve as the technical bridge between Sales and Product/Engineering to evaluate HONK's platform, lead discovery and demos, design enterprise solutions, manage integrations and security reviews, support RFPs and documentation, and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding and operations.

Architect, build, and scale full-stack applications and high-throughput backend services. Develop React/TypeScript frontends and Ruby on Rails/Java backends, design APIs and real-time microservices (dispatch/logistics focus), introduce automated testing and CI/CD, improve scalability and observability, support AI initiatives, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product and UX teams.
