Own day-to-day People Operations and San Francisco workplace operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, employee records, performance cycles, vendors, office supplies, facilities coordination, and company events. The role supports employee experience, workplace culture, compliance processes, and People programs in a fast-paced startup environment.

Review and annotate video assets according to project guidelines, maintain high accuracy and consistency, identify footage quality issues, and report edge cases or contradictions to the AI team. The role also contributes feedback on questionnaire design and process improvements during extended review sessions. This is a part-time, 10-week onsite contract in San Francisco, with possible extension.

Lead cross-functional technical programs from definition through launch, coordinating scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria. Build lightweight automations, improve product and engineering planning, evaluate developer workflow tools, optimize bug triage, and maintain clear documentation and communication. The role drives adoption of tools and processes that reduce coordination effort and improve delivery reliability. It requires technical fluency, strong written communication, independent execution, and the ability to influence teams without formal authority.
