Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for inbound and outbound sales across LATAM/APAC: qualify leads, run demos, solution-sell to multi-stakeholder buying teams, maintain HubSpot CRM accuracy, self-source pipeline, forecast, and collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams to grow regional presence.

Build and scale signal-driven GTM systems: design automation and AI workflows for account identification, enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and orchestration to drive outbound, ABM, and revenue generation. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Success to run experiments, implement agent-assisted automation, and measure outcomes.

Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for ~150 mid-market accounts: onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, billing, and escalations. Drive customer outcomes using data, lead onboarding and enablement, run business reviews, develop scalable playbooks, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and influence product roadmap.
