Jobs at Huckleberry Youth Programs

Provides bilingual Spanish-English intake, assessment, case navigation, referrals, restorative justice planning, and ongoing coordination for justice-involved youth ages 12–18 and their families. Builds relationships with community providers, law enforcement, schools, attorneys, and probation partners; maintains documentation and arrest tracking; supports crisis intervention, youth engagement, accountability plans, and program administration. The role is primarily in person across the center, juvenile justice facilities, community organizations, and other locations, with routine driving and transportation of youth.

Leads Huckleberry Youth Programs’ fundraising, development, marketing, and communications functions. Builds multi-year revenue and donor engagement strategies, cultivates major gifts, diversifies individual, corporate, foundation, and government funding, and strengthens board and CEO fundraising partnerships. Oversees CRM infrastructure, forecasting, compliance, reporting, team development, communications, events, and external stakeholder relationships while advancing equity-centered, community-rooted philanthropy.
