The Product Support Specialist will provide technical support, assist customers with problem-solving, assess and escalate issues, and provide follow-up to ensure resolution. They will collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to product knowledge.

Provide technical product expertise to prospective customers, demonstrate Huntress solutions, identify security gaps, collaborate with Sales/Support/Engineering, and travel to meet customers (~25%).

Lead and own Workday as the HRIS system owner: govern configuration, manage integrations, build reports/dashboards, enforce controls, mentor the HRIS analyst, coordinate consultants, ensure compliance, and drive scalable global HRIS processes and change management.
