Lead cross-functional Data Foundations programs spanning telemetry, platform health metrics, analytics infrastructure, data governance, and reliability. Own technical requirements, roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, delivery operations, and organizational adoption without direct authority. Partner with engineering on pipelines, event streaming, service levels, and anomaly detection while contributing to product discovery and customer use-case analysis. The role requires SQL proficiency, modern cloud data stack knowledge, and strong technical program management experience.

Own enterprise technical deployment roadmaps, milestones, acceptance criteria, governance, and post-launch adoption. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Delivery, Support, and Sales teams to resolve blockers, manage resources, map workflows, track KPIs, and demonstrate ROI. Partner with account executives on technical expansion opportunities and establish scalable deployment playbooks, PMO templates, and integration patterns.
