Build and evaluate models for planning, memory, retrieval, reasoning, and tool use; analyze user-agent interaction data; develop test pipelines and evaluation frameworks; prototype solutions and collaborate with engineering, product, and design to productionize insights.

Lead discovery, design, and delivery of agentic AI for customer experience. Prioritize high-ROI agent use cases, prototype and validate agent behaviors, define agent UX and specs, collaborate with engineering and AI research, own roadmap, and measure outcomes like time saved and accuracy.

Design and build backend systems for AI workflows, optimize solutions using Python, integrate AI/ML tools, and collaborate with teams for enterprise applications.
