Translate business needs into rapid, valuable solutions, present to both technical and executive audiences, support live deals, and feed customer insights into product strategy. Train global presales teams, evaluate use cases, and develop prototypes using AI-assisted tools. Customer travel may comprise approximately 25–50%.

Design intuitive human-AI experiences for Agentic Studio, including agent configuration, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, dashboards, onboarding, review flows, and collaboration patterns. Support user research, accessibility, inclusive design, and data-informed decisions. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, researchers, content strategists, and designers while presenting design rationale and incorporating stakeholder feedback.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI systems powering intelligent agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows. Build production-grade LLM, RAG, vector database, and agent orchestration solutions; develop APIs, SDKs, and platform services; and optimize reliability, latency, security, cost, and scalability. Lead initiatives through production, implement testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and governance, troubleshoot distributed systems, collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to architecture and documentation, and mentor or guide team members.

Design, build, and optimize Python backend services, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines supporting intelligent agent workflows. Implement LLM, embeddings, RAG, and vector database solutions using AI/ML frameworks and external APIs. Improve deployed agents through prompt engineering and fine-tuning, while contributing to testing, CI/CD, monitoring, architecture, documentation, and enterprise deployment reliability.

Lead definition and delivery of agentic AI products: discover high-ROI use cases, define agent experiences, translate specs, collaborate with engineering and research, and own roadmap and metrics for scalable, reliable agents.

Lead design, prototyping, and delivery of agentic Digital Workers using LLMs and APIs. Collaborate cross-functionally to scope, build, test, and deploy custom agents, run POCs, analyze processes, and translate customer needs into scalable product features that inform roadmap and GTM.

Lead definition and delivery of agentic AI products that reason, plan, and act across workflows. Discover and validate high-ROI use cases, design agent experiences, translate specs, collaborate with engineering and research, own roadmap, and define outcome-based success metrics for scalable, multi-step tool-using agents.

Conduct applied research and experimentation to improve agentic AI systems. Build and evaluate models for planning, memory, retrieval, reasoning, and tool use; analyze user-agent interaction data; develop test pipelines and evaluation frameworks; prototype solutions and collaborate with engineering, product, and design to productionize insights.
