Collaborates with product, sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams to align partner solutions, grow pipeline, increase revenue, and improve market competitiveness. Owns governance, performance metrics, partner engagement, and strategic initiatives across a matrixed organization.

Owns a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving retention, renewals, upsell and cross-sell growth. Manages client relationships across the account lifecycle, monitors account health and risk, develops account strategies, and collaborates with Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Sales. Maintains CRM records, supports forecasting, resolves client challenges, and communicates customer feedback internally.
