The role also contributes to quality improvement, evidence-based decision-making, scientific presentations, and publications.

Lead InStride Health’s national field sales organization and build referral partnerships with pediatricians, child psychiatrists, and health systems. Responsibilities include developing field sales strategy, scaling territory coverage, adopting sales technology, managing provider relationships, partnering cross-functionally, and coaching Regional Directors. The role owns sales enablement, performance management, strategic accounts, and travel-based field leadership while ensuring growth supports compassionate pediatric mental health care.

Leads CRM, marketing systems, automation, data quality, funnel analytics, lead routing, attribution, and audience development. Partners with marketing, sales, product, engineering, clinical, analytics, and payor teams to improve commercial workflows and application conversion. Manages a CRM Administrator, supports territory managers, uses AI to identify campaign opportunities, and provides reporting for payor negotiations. The role is fully remote with periodic in-person retreats.

Manage IT operations, support-team performance, technical escalations, identity and access management, macOS endpoint administration, collaboration and telephony systems, service workflows, automation, reporting, license utilization, and audit readiness. The role partners with Security and cross-functional teams to maintain compliant systems, improve onboarding and offboarding, establish operational standards, and enhance IT efficiency through automation and AI.

Conduct phone screens and comprehensive clinical evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults seeking anxiety and OCD care. Assess diagnoses, case conceptualization, clinical eligibility, and need for medical clearance; educate and motivate families; redirect inappropriate referrals to alternative resources; and document evaluations for care-team handoffs using AI-assisted tools. Collaborate with technology and clinical product teams, participate in training and clinical rounds, and support a welcoming virtual patient experience.

Leads clinical product development for pediatric anxiety, OCD, trauma, and related disorders. Develops evidence-based therapy content, protocols, training, and AI-enabled clinical tools; supports expansion into new populations and payers; provides thought leadership and cross-functional clinical expertise; equips care teams for complex cases; and provides limited direct patient and caregiver care.
