Manages end-to-end implementations of new corporate travel business, coordinating Sales, Solutions, Operations, IT, customers, contractors, and suppliers. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, requirements, technical designs, SOPs, risk mitigation, change control, testing, go-live transition, and operational ramp-up. The role also provides technical oversight, leads cross-functional teams, supports operational excellence, and ensures customer requirements and business results are achieved.

Manage a portfolio of national-tier corporate travel clients, serving as the primary contact for program delivery, issue resolution, reporting, and service reviews. Develop account plans, monitor profitability and renewal risk, identify growth opportunities, and track client satisfaction. Collaborate with Operations, Sourcing, and Commercial Operations to meet contractual obligations, service-level agreements, and client goals while maintaining strong long-term relationships.

Administer enterprise systems, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, endpoint devices, workstation patching, travel applications, GDS integrations, identity services, and print infrastructure. Troubleshoot business-critical application and integration issues, automate with PowerShell and Python, manage vendors, maintain system availability, and participate in after-hours or on-call support.
