The Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure focusing on enterprise networking, security, and reliability while supporting cloud migrations in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls across cloud and on-prem environments. Monitor SIEM and security tooling, perform vulnerability assessments and incident response, manage firewalls/IDS/IPS/VPNs, secure Windows/Linux and cloud platforms, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve overall security posture and compliance.

Build, test, deploy, and support Epic Bridges HL7 V2 interfaces and integrations. Configure and troubleshoot interface engines and message queues, perform unit/SIT/UAT testing, monitor and resolve message failures, collaborate with clinical and vendor teams, maintain documentation, and provide production support including after-hours when needed.
