First SDR on the Growth Team responsible for outbound prospecting, developing leads, achieving monthly targets, scheduling demos for AEs, analyzing outreach data, and continuously iterating on multi-channel sales tactics to drive rapid company growth.

Lead technical vision and initiatives as a principal engineer: manage teams or drive cross-team technical projects, mentor engineers, research and evangelize new frameworks, and build full-stack applications using React/Next.js/Prisma, backend languages (Node, Python, Ruby), and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Collaborate with Product Managers to define large project specifications.

Partner with Operations Directors to analyze processes, identify efficiency and quality improvements, perform financial analyses, manage projects, and design process improvements for client and internal workflows. Work closely with cross-functional teams and receive coaching to grow into Operations Manager roles.

Lead technical vision as a principal engineer, either managing teams or driving cross-team initiatives. Design and architect cloud infrastructure, networking, and security; define authentication/authorization patterns; architect and operate Kubernetes deployments; and implement infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Puppet.

Drive new client acquisition and expansion through consultative, product-driven selling. Manage and build a pipeline, engage multiple stakeholders, close deals, hit targets, and adapt to a rapidly evolving product while working flexible global hours.

Create and maintain visual assets (videos, infographics, animations, web visuals), evolve the brand and design library, build a generative design system, support campaigns, collaborate with marketing/sales/product/talent, and manage external design providers using Figma and web design skills.

Manage and grow the Commercial Sales team (AEs and SDRs) to hit monthly targets. Build pipeline, processes, and outbound programs; train and coach reps; drive consultative sales to VP/C-level; coordinate with Operations for 30-day client activation; analyze data and report trends to senior management.

Design, build, and maintain web crawlers and scraping pipelines using Python and scraping libraries. Overcome IP/geolocation/captcha/bot-blocking, write SQL and use SQLAlchemy, deploy scripts to Linux AWS servers, and build REST APIs with web frameworks.

Lead PR and marketing outreach to package and share worksharing case studies across media channels. Create and manage PR and ad campaigns, distribute press releases, cultivate media/influencer relationships, define PR metrics (earned media, impressions, share of voice), and collaborate with design, product, sales, and marketing on brand and asset development.
