Lead and build Ivo’s customer success function across enterprise and mid-market segments. Recruit and develop CSMs, establish scalable onboarding and health-scoring processes, drive product adoption, own retention, advocate for customer needs, and create analytics and reporting infrastructure. The role partners closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Account Management to improve customer outcomes and scale a world-class B2B SaaS customer success organization.

Lead end-to-end product and creative design at an early-stage AI company. Responsibilities include defining user interactions and product strategy with the founding team, owning product, web, marketing, and brand design, and delivering fast, accessible, user-centered experiences.
