Ship and measure experiments quickly, partner across domains to unblock activation, model and teach generative AI usage, make pragmatic architectural trade-offs, and mentor engineers to raise team velocity and learning.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for payments and AI-powered features; drive pricing and packaging; develop positioning and messaging; run cross-functional launches; synthesize customer and market insights to influence product and commercial strategy; represent Jane at events.

Lead product strategy for platform infrastructure, developer enablement, and customer-facing surfaces. Grow and mentor senior PMs, set transparent prioritization, partner with engineering and design, and translate technical complexity into business-ready narratives that secure funding and drive customer outcomes.

Lead and expand the company's BI and analytics capabilities: set data strategy with senior leadership, manage analytics pipeline and BI stack, implement data governance, mentor and grow BI and data engineering teams, partner cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions, and manage vendors and processes for scalability.

The Director of Business Systems will oversee system configuration and integration, manage tool selection, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes and data architecture in a growing SaaS company.
