Support engineers on probabilistic risk analysis and perform routine to moderately complex technical tasks. Complete developmental assignments using standard engineering techniques under close supervision, adjust and correlate data, and follow established procedures.

Lead Defender/security/compliance efforts, automate with PowerShell, and provide Tier 3 support while collaborating with Infrastructure, InfoSec, Enterprise Apps, and Service Desk.

Designs, implements, secures, and supports enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking. Administers Cisco technologies, ensures high availability and segmentation, partners on security and Azure hybrid connectivity, monitors performance, leads modernization projects, and mentors junior engineers.
