Leads strategic commercial initiatives and cross-functional execution as an extension of the commercial development VP. Coordinates business, engineering, operations, and corporate stakeholders; manages executive decision support, strategic programs, operating reviews, communications, accountability, risk escalation, and organizational improvement. The role translates strategic priorities into executable plans, tracks performance, aligns resources, and supports high-priority projects across a complex technical organization.

Designs and develops safety-critical analog and digital instrumentation and control hardware for advanced nuclear power systems. Responsibilities include circuit design, schematic and PCB development, system integration, prototype bring-up, debugging, qualification testing, requirements traceability, design documentation, configuration control, and technical risk resolution. The engineer applies fault-tolerant and fail-safe principles, supports Reactor Protection System hardware, collaborates with manufacturing and suppliers, and mentors less-experienced engineers.

Leads manufacturing industrialization and scale-up from R&D and pilot production to full-rate manufacturing. Develops long-range manufacturing, facility, capability, workforce, and investment roadmaps; owns CapEx/OpEx planning and lifecycle cost models; advances manufacturability, automation, process validation, and production readiness. Directs cross-functional technical teams, make-versus-partner decisions, performance metrics, operational excellence, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities and product lines.
