Kapwing's 401(k) plan is managed by Guideline. Offers a broad selection of stocks, bonds and international index funds to choose from. There is no matching at this time.

Kapwing does employee performance reviews twice a year. High performing employees are eligible for a performance bonus as well as other compensation increases.

Provides home-office stipend for remote employees

All employees receive a $400 work from home stipend. You can also rent office equipment from the office to take home.

Provides commuter benefits

Kapwing provides a $20 week commuting stipend. You have the option to contribute additional pre-tax dollars to your commuter card. We also sometimes provides ride home after dark.

Kapwing has a fully stocked kitchen, with unlimited snacks, coffee, carbonated beverages. We strive to prioritize healthy, sugar free options, as well as consider team members dietary restrictions.

We order our lunches through Forkable. It's an automated lunch service that provides custom, individually-packaged team lunches from local selections. Lots of yummy choices.

Utilizes a flexible work schedule

There's unlimited PTO, and everyone's hours are flexible. We ask that you generally be online 10:30-4. If you won't be, we just ask that you slack it in #attendance.

Some positions are fully remote. Most people are hybrid employees. We ask that everyone be in on Tuesdays and Thursdays for team days. We are flexible on exceptions.
