The Staff Product Manager defines Kaseya's platform strategy for identity and entitlement management, driving cross-functional collaboration and business outcomes while mentoring junior PMs.

Manage corporate tax provision (ASC 740), prepare and review tax reconciliations and returns (US, state, international), coordinate external advisors, maintain global compliance calendar, calculate estimated payments, and support R&D tax credit studies.

Lead GTM strategy and operations for customer-facing teams. Develop measurable growth strategies, manage cross-functional workstreams and special projects, and lead a cross-functional strategy and analytics team to drive company priorities and revenue.

Design, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to accelerate onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps to operationalize lifecycle stages, activate usage signals, create value reinforcement assets, reduce churn, and drive net revenue retention through analytics, automated journeys, and customer advocacy.

Lead global commissions strategy and operations, owning CaptivateIQ configuration, calculation logic, payout cycles, reconciliations, controls, dispute resolution, analytics, and team development. Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, compliant, and auditable commission payments while driving automation and scalable processes.
