Lead and develop a team building reliable frontend, backend, AI, and real-time collaboration capabilities. Translate company priorities into plans, manage technical quality, review architecture and code, debug production systems, improve reliability, support incident response, and coach senior engineers. Own and improve core backend systems and infrastructure: build reliable, scalable services, improve observability and CI/CD, operate production systems, design APIs and data layers, lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and partner with product to ship end-to-end features.

Lead quality strategy and automation across frontend, backend, and AI services. Design scalable end-to-end and performance tests, build workload models, diagnose bottlenecks, integrate AI-assisted testing tools, improve CI/CD test observability, mentor engineers, and raise release confidence for a fast-moving education AI platform.

Own a product domain end-to-end: define strategy, roadmaps, and specs; collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM; ship features rapidly; use data and user research to prioritize; iterate on adoption and quality; drive experimentation and cross-functional alignment.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead projects, enhance product quality, and collaborate on technical strategies while building user-facing features.
