Leads enterprise-wide People Operations and culture strategy across a multi-entity, multi-state organization. Oversees talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance, HR systems, analytics, and change management. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to build scalable processes, manage risk, support acquisitions and integrations, strengthen culture, and ensure a consistent employee experience.

Track and document inventory movements, perform daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, maintain accurate ERP and WMS records, ensure labeling and safety compliance, inspect returned merchandise, and dispose of obsolete inventory. The role requires warehouse inventory experience, strong organization and communication, process improvement skills, forklift certification, and the ability to work physically in a busy, noisy warehouse.

Lead HR strategy and operations for a regulated cannabis distribution company. Own full employee lifecycle including payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, employee relations, safety, vendor/PEO selection, and culture. Build and manage a small HR team and partner with leadership on talent planning, retention, and performance management.
