Lead day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance (ASC 606/ASC 340), manage international consolidations and equity accounting, implement and optimize accounting systems, establish internal controls, oversee billing/revenue recognition, and partner with auditors and cross-functional teams to scale finance processes and automation.

Lead and build the marketing function for a real-time data infrastructure company: set strategy and brand positioning, create messaging for developer and enterprise audiences, run high-priority campaigns and launches, manage a small team and vendors, own budget and KPIs, and partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive leadership.

Prepare fund accounting journal entries, financial statements, management fee calculations, investor capital calls/distributions, cash and intercompany reconciliations, assist with audits and tax filings (1099, K-1), support compliance, manage Excel/macro requests, and partner on technology automation projects for VC and private equity clients.
