-Own the full life-cycle of a mix of marketing events to help build pipeline with high-quality leads. The life-cycle includes; event selection, event logistics, budgeting, scheduling, list preparation & review, demand gen planning, and lead follow-up.
-Provide transparency through consistent communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure event plan, tactics, and deliverables are supporting or exceeding goals.
-Ensure post-event activities are conducted, which includes but is not limited to list uploads, sales hand-off, and follow up communications.
-Maintain the highest level of lead tracking and provide regular reporting on event metrics. Conduct return on investment analysis to find the effectiveness of all events and optimize accordingly. (i.e., event success is defined by the number and value of opportunities it helped create as well as the acceleration of existing pipeline).
-Coordinate with the go-to-market team to time events appropriately for effective market launches.
- Work with the creative team to develop visual concepts, messaging, and other deliverables for supporting events.
-Write promotional event content (invitation copy, follow up/thank you emails, etc.) and guide the content mix needed to support the event.
