The role also supports high-speed digital, power, imaging, wireless, and embedded system integration.

Develop reusable software components, UI features, and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and related web technologies. Integrate front-end and back-end services, optimize applications for speed and scalability, automate build processes, implement testing frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The role requires strong full-stack development experience, product-company background, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-moving startup environment.

Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software products, from customer research and requirements definition through launches and ongoing support. Develop product messaging, competitive comparisons, pricing, training and sales materials, and track performance metrics. Collaborate with product development and internal teams, support worldwide sales, and travel approximately 20% for customer opportunities, trade shows, conferences, and technical events.

Provides deskside and remote Level 2 IT support for company users. Troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, VPN, telephony, mobile devices, and peripherals. Installs, images, configures, deploys, and maintains Windows workstations and approved software; supports applications and new-hire workstation setup. Documents incidents, assets, and resolutions while meeting service level agreements.
