Customer-facing Solutions Engineer responsible for pre-sales technical leadership, architecting AI security solutions, supporting onboarding, creating documentation and playbooks, enabling enterprise implementations, and feeding product feedback to Product and Engineering.

Serve as the primary technical pre-sales contact, design AI security solutions, support onboarding and minor configurations, produce technical documentation, feed product feedback to engineering, and build scalable Solutions Engineering playbooks to accelerate sales and customer success.

Serve as the primary technical contact during sales and onboarding, design and configure solutions securing enterprise AI stacks, create documentation and playbooks, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, feed product feedback into roadmap, and support minor technical implementations to drive customer value and scale the Solutions Engineering function.
