Works directly with founders to identify, evaluate, launch, and scale new ventures across industries, geographies, partnerships, and customer offerings. Responsibilities include developing business cases, setting milestones, recommending investments, recruiting initial teams, coordinating engineering and commercial leaders, supporting fundraising through financial analysis, and deciding whether to scale, revise, stop, or transition initiatives.

Works directly with company founders on strategic finance, owning the operating model, budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, management reporting, capital allocation, and deployment economics. Leads fundraising preparation, including investor narrative, data room, and diligence, while advancing selected strategic initiatives from business case through launch. The role offers broad ownership and a path toward finance or operating leadership.

Partner with the founders to determine strategic investments and build capabilities supporting growth toward $100M in revenue. Develop operating plans, budgets, hiring decisions, financial models, performance reporting, fundraising materials, and strategic initiatives involving new markets and partnerships. Recruit initial teams and lead initiatives until permanent ownership is established. The role requires analytical judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution in a startup environment.
