Own Landing’s paid and organic social strategy, with approximately 70% of time focused on paid social across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Manage budgets, develop creative, run incrementality-focused experiments, optimize customer acquisition cost and booked revenue, and build audience awareness. Create copy, static assets, and short-form video independently, while also developing owner-facing LinkedIn content. Establish the social function from the ground up in the San Francisco office.

Conduct outbound prospecting to apartment owners and operators through calls, email, and LinkedIn. Build target lists using HubSpot, CoStar, and ZoomInfo; deliver owner pitches; qualify opportunities; and partner with Account Executives to secure agreements. The role requires consistent outreach, strong phone and written communication, resilience, competitiveness, and daily work from the San Francisco office.
