Responsibilities include platform evaluation, architecture and integration strategy, product vision, requirements ownership, roadmap development, vendor management, prioritization, technical documentation, quality standards, UAT, and rollout support. The role serves as the technical liaison to an external development partner and collaborates with executives and internal operations leadership on investment, delivery, and change-management decisions.
