Lead end-to-end logistics automation projects across global factory sites, defining scope, timelines, and budgets; coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers; manage risks, stakeholder communications, compliance, KPIs, and continuous improvement to increase factory automation, productivity, and ROI.

Lead development and deployment of skill-based learning for a manufacturing site: manage L&D programs, facilitate in-person training, develop eLearning, identify skill gaps, collaborate with global stakeholders, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead technical integration and deployment of packing automation (robotics, AGVs, PLCs) and MES/SCADA systems for new operations. Guide multi-vendor integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentor engineers to ensure stable ramp-up and global alignment.

Provide visible EHS presence on the production floor to perform machine safety inspections, support LOTO and guarding controls, coach employees, follow up on incidents, track corrective actions, and partner with EHS, maintenance, engineering, and operations to reduce machine-related hazards and improve safety metrics.

The Automation Hardware Engineer will enhance warehouse automation systems, develop and validate PLC logic, troubleshoot equipment, and drive continuous improvements in collaboration with vendors and maintenance teams.
