Lead financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions and divestitures across energy, infrastructure, and renewables. Analyze business plans and historical financials, identify risks and value opportunities, align findings with valuations, and deliver client reports and presentations. The role includes managing project lifecycles, overseeing client deliverables, mentoring junior team members, and leading complex engagements in a remote environment with occasional travel across Canada and the United States.

Lead domestic and international M&A tax engagements, including tax due diligence, deal structuring, post-merger integration, tax modeling, merger agreement reviews, and tax opinion memorandums. Advise clients on Subchapter C, Subchapter K, and inbound and outbound international tax matters. Partner with senior leaders on business development, manage multiple engagements and budgets, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates while ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
