Lead customer-facing, consultative upsell efforts for AI legal solutions at law firms: drive discovery, map workflows, design demos and POCs, influence stakeholders, and partner with sales/product to close and ensure adoption.

Partner with in-house legal teams to design and implement tailored LexisNexis AI and workflow solutions, lead demos and training, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, gather client feedback for product and development teams, and support clients in the field (50% travel).

Lead and manage client implementations of business applications (HRIS, ERP, manufacturing/supply chain). Analyze client needs, design requirements, translate into configurations/customizations, test, document, train users, resolve issues, mentor colleagues, and support pre-sales and product feedback.
