Serve as a strategic regional leader driving revenue growth and law-firm partnerships across CA, NV, and AZ. Lead and develop a Business Development team, execute regional growth plans, manage Salesforce and reporting, ensure operational accountability, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand MoveDocs adoption and influence company strategy.

Serve as first point of contact for pre-settlement funding applicants in a high-volume inbound call center. Answer ~75-80 calls/day, collect and document applicant information, guide intake/onboarding, use CRM, meet sales/quality/productivity targets, follow scripts and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams.

The Funding Processor will review cases, ensure funding procedures are followed, run identity checks, and schedule payments for approved legal funding applicants.
