Conducts identity, bankruptcy, and Military Lending Act checks, then schedules payments through Western Union, ACH, checks, wires, or Kyck Global. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, process adherence, follow-up, and computer skills.

Build and grow relationships within an assigned account portfolio, support Regional Directors, and help process plaintiff funding cases. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and firms, handling calls and emails, reviewing contracts, facilitating signatures, answering case-related questions, and providing backup coverage. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Owns end-to-end requirements and delivery for an engineering pod. Leads discovery, authors technical epics and user stories, validates AI-generated requirements, investigates systems via code/DB/API, maintains domain knowledge for AI agents, runs Agile ceremonies, and accepts story delivery through code and acceptance verification.

Owns strategic national law-firm partnerships, driving revenue growth, retention, and operational excellence. Builds executive relationships, monitors account performance via data/Power BI, leads cross-functional remediation and scalable process improvements, and travels regularly to ensure consistent multi-state execution and client satisfaction.
