Provide in-house legal counsel to the President, Board, and senior leadership on governance, compliance, employment and labor, contracts, risk management, and nonprofit matters. Draft and negotiate complex agreements, oversee outside counsel, deliver legal training, advise on student and academic issues, update policies and bylaws, and mitigate institutional legal risk while supporting institutional priorities and collaborating with campus stakeholders.

Temporary Financial Aid Advisor providing leave coverage: manage CAMS financial aid module, Direct Loan processing and reconciliation, package awards, ensure Title IV compliance, advise students, perform verifications and professional judgments, run reports, deliver presentations, and represent the office in the director's absence.
