Compensation + Benefits
Provides 401(K) matching
We offer a 100% 401(k) company match for up to 4% of eligible contributions with an immediate vesting.
Offers life insurance
We offer group-term life insurance, 100% paid by Lightship, with a payout of 1x an employee's annual salary for the duration of employment.
Offers disability insurance
We offer both STD & LTD insurance, 100% paid by Lightship, to all permanent employees. We provide 60% up to $2,500 per week for up to 26 weeks (STD) & 60% up to $15,000 per month after 180 days (LTD).
