Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Litmos learning platform capabilities. Define priorities, analyze customer and user data, conduct market research, establish KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and operations. Manage requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release communications, go-to-market activities, and feature engagement materials while ensuring accessibility, mobile compatibility, and alignment with learning industry standards.

Identify and qualify new prospects through inbound and outbound efforts, build sales pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, develop proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate with executives, and close new business. The role requires managing territories and pipelines in Salesforce, maintaining quota coverage, researching prospects, building customer relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally. Candidates should have SaaS and solutions sales experience, strong prospecting skills, and at least two years of new-business sales success.

Leads cross-functional product delivery, strategic planning, launch coordination, customer adoption, and revenue enablement across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Serves as the SVP Product’s operational partner, managing dependencies, delivery health, roadmap alignment, product metrics, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives. The role requires driving execution across distributed teams and translating customer, market, and business insights into product priorities.

Coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional AI initiatives across Finance, Product, Customer Success, and other teams. Maintain project plans, roadmaps, trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, dependencies, risks, and approval checklists. Facilitate working sessions, coordinate stakeholders and technical partners, support AI upskilling, document best practices, track adoption metrics, and lead selected agentic workflow projects from proposal through completion. The role focuses on program execution and enablement rather than developing AI models or applications.

Support PR strategy and execution: research influencers/podcasts, coordinate interviews, draft press releases, upload to newswires, and optimize YouTube content using SEO and AI tools.
