Translate application requirements into scalable architectures, validate applications through testing, influence product roadmaps, and enable Sales/FAEs with technical content and training. Drive cross-functional alignment and thought leadership across data centers, aerospace, industrial automation, and energy infrastructure.

Leads Littelfuse’s global sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, regulatory compliance, carbon accounting, product sustainability, and governance programs. Oversees Scope 1–3 emissions data, sustainability disclosures, compliance roadmaps, assurance readiness, customer sustainability requests, and sustainability reporting systems. Partners with executive leaders, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, Operations, EHS, R&D, and other teams to improve enterprise sustainability performance, manage risk, meet evolving regulations, and advance decarbonization and product sustainability initiatives.

The Principal Engineer for Customer Quality acts as the key customer contact for quality issues, addressing complaints, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to establish quality standards and facilitate customer audits, while managing quality performance and supporting product lifecycle decisions.

Drive sales growth by developing strategic account plans, promoting Littelfuse products to key clients, building long-term relationships, providing product insights, collaborating with global teams for delivery, monitoring market and competitor activity, and reporting account performance. Travel up to 30% as needed.
