Responsibilities include enterprise systems transformation, business application modernization, process redesign, M&A integration support, program governance, roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, risk management, executive reporting, and PMO capability development. The role partners with senior business and technology leaders to improve operational performance, enable scalable processes, and deliver measurable enterprise value.

Leads Loftware’s product marketing function, overseeing positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, market insights, and sales enablement. Builds and develops a high-performing global team while partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive product adoption, revenue growth, market awareness, and competitive differentiation for enterprise SaaS solutions.

Own long-term strategy and outcomes for major product or platform areas. Set vision, roadmap, and success metrics; translate customer and market insights into prioritized initiatives; lead complex cross-team initiatives from discovery to adoption; partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and execs; define requirements and measure business impact.
