Surface health and adoption signals, build executive reports and visualizations, implement reconciliation, freshness and backfill logic, support automation and AI summaries, and partner with business and BI stakeholders to translate lifecycle definitions into durable, production-ready workflows and data structures.

Customer-facing engineering role building and deploying AI-powered observability solutions. Partner with customers and product teams to design, implement, and operate integrations, backend services, telemetry pipelines, and lightweight full-stack experiences. Ship production code, instrument observability, deploy in SaaS/hybrid/cloud environments, and convert field learnings into reusable templates, playbooks, and product improvements.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, designing scalable observability solutions and performing POCs. Provide architecture guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, deliver training, influence product roadmap, and collaborate with sales, PDE, and account teams to align LogicMonitor solutions with customer goals.
