Supervises enterprise-wide logistics operations, including inventory control, warehouse activities, supply distribution, DME coordination, courier services, and fleet support. Leads logistics staff, manages scheduling and performance, monitors inventory and service metrics, improves processes, and ensures supplies support participant care. Collaborates with transportation, purchasing, facilities, clinical, and home-care teams while supporting emergency preparedness, operational planning, and multi-site service continuity.

Builds and maintains relationships with government officials, community organizations, healthcare partners, and policy stakeholders in an assigned region. Represents On Lok at meetings, coordinates with elected officials, identifies referral sources, monitors policy and media developments, analyzes community and government trends, prepares reports, and supports outreach and public relations activities. The role also tracks engagement activities, collaborates with internal teams, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
